A booking will be accepted as an agreement that you have read and agree with these conditions.

My unit is downstairs, below the upstairs bedroom areas. We are very quiet, and there will not be much noise at all, but of course, you will hear the occasional footsteps and doors closing etc. Much the same as you would staying in a motel. My son comes home from work at just after 10pm at night, and that will be the nosiest part, as he will have to close the car door, and then open and close the front door and come up the stairs, which do creak. He does sit up all night playing on the computer, but we are very mindful that we have guests and do our utmost to create as little noise as possible. We are in a quiet suburban street.
                                        
You are welcome to park your vehicle in the carport in front of the unit. Dogs do not need to be crated. However, they are not allowed on the bed, and a dog bed is provided for their comfort. Dogs must also be up to date with their vaccinations and flea and worm treated. I have a small backyard area and out the front where dogs can be toileted.  Please clean up and dispose of in the bin. 
If there will be more than 3 dogs, please check with me first if that will be okay.  Pets may not be left alone without prior arrangement.

The shower is higher than floor level, and is a small step up.

My home is 100% smoke free, and no smoking is permitted anywhere on my property.

Pawsnap accepts no responsibility for any incidents. Whilst a safe environment is provided, you are responsible for both yourself and your pets.

Payment is via c/c, payID or netbank (preferred), and details will be provided with a confirmed booking. A $50 deposit is required for a single night, $90 for two nights and an extra $20 per each extra night booked. Non refundable within 5 days of check-in for a no show or cancellation if not rebooked.
**For specialty or national events, both showring and sports, the deposit is non-refundable if the booking cannot be replaced (regardless of when cancelled).  Please make note of this. Unfortunately I have now had a few cancellations at the last minute as owners decide to not show. Demand is high for these dates and are usually booked well in advance and very hard to be re-booked at the last minute.
Full payment required prior to or upon check-in.
